As a manufacturer of 10ml TPD compliant refill packs we have been asked on many occasions about including a tactile triangle on our packs, so to help steer you in the right direction we have a couple of links below that may be of help. Remember, we are not in everyday contact with legislation updates so we do recommend that the most recent information is sought for confirmation purposes.
The European Chemicals Agency’s document Guidance on labelling and packaging in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 ‘…aims to assist users in complying with their obligations under the CLP Regulation’. CLP is identified as the ‘Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures’.
