SONE employee, Paige Oliver, has exceeded her target to raise funds for the charity Dementia Care by walking along the Great Wall of China for seven days.
Paige, Trainee HR Co-ordinator, had set a goal to raise £2,000 but due to the generosity of friends, family and colleagues, she has so far reached the magnificent total of £2,639.
Paige said: ‘Walking for eight hours each day, climbing up to 4000 metres above sea level was extremely demanding. It was without a doubt the most rewarding experience and I’m so pleased with the amount of money I have raised for such a special cause.'
