This month, SONE is delighted to make a donation of £1,000 to Willow Burn Hospice.
The SONE team raised the money from a raffle and activities at their Christmas party. Willow Burn’s Laura Jane Forbes came to SONE and accepted the cheque from Chairman/CEO Raymond Oliver.
Based in Lanchester, Willow Burn has been in operation since 1989, providing a range of day care, in-patient care and family support services to the Derwentside community.
In her letter thanking SONE’s staff, Laura said, ‘As we embark on our journey to expand our products and services across the county, your generosity and kindness is extremely appreciated and will enable us to reach our goals and continue supporting the people of Derwentside.’
