North east based SONE Products (SONE), suppliers of innovative solutions in plastic for technically demanding markets, has expanded its business development team to eight by creating two new jobs.
The two technical sales executive posts have been filled with the recent arrival of Paul Caldwell and John Bell. Both are skilled in field sales and well versed in developing long-lasting client relationships in the plastics industry where they have amassed a significant level of knowledge.
Acting as the 'face' of SONE, John and Paul have a national remit to identify potential markets and build business with new clients as part of the manufacturer's ongoing strategy for growth.
Paul, who comes from a technical background, particularly in injection moulding, has worked with a diverse range of clients in the medical, electronics and automotive industries.
Likewise John, who has over 20 years' experience of business development within the rigid plastic packaging industry, has extensive connections with clients within the pharmaceutical, medical and health and beauty markets.
Speaking about this latest job creation, SONE's chairman and CEO, Raymond Oliver, said:" I am delighted to announce these key appointments and welcome John and Paul to their new roles. "Both bring a depth of experience and knowledge of the plastics industry which complements our established business development team while supporting our strategy for growth as we seek to make SONE a supplier of choice."
