Our packs are manufactured to rigorous quality standards and with over 40 years of experience, we can assist you in choosing production and assembly processes that will be right for your product and market needs.

Component assembly

SONE offers a flexible combination of assembly options for combining applicators or droppers into caps. Fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual component alternatives are available to suit your requirements, whether these are high volume runs or small volume, niche projects.

The British Plastics Federation

A key aspect of the Plastics Federation (BPF) is their position as the UK’s foremost and longest running plastics trade association, with a membership that spans the whole plastics supply chain. It represents over 80% of the UK plastics industry by turnover.

With a remit to represent and promote the UK plastics industry, the BPF offers SONE the scope of vision to best understand the plastics market and make informed decisions about our policies.

Make UK

Make UK, formerly the Engineering Employers Federation, champions engineering and manufacturing in the UK. With their help we can focus on the future needs of our customers in terms of digital technology, manufacturing best practice and the key green issues.

We have the capability to manufacture packs using the three main plastic production processes:

  • Injection moulding
  • Extrusion blow moulding
